The results (with Libicare®️) are conclusive on the increase of endogenous free testosterone (which has positive effect in sexual desire).
Dr. Santiago Palacios, founding member of the European Menopause Society and of the Spanish Association for the study of Menopause

The resulting hormonal levels’ modulation are within physiological range, meaning that it (Libicare®️) is not an hormonal product but it is an endogenous hormones enhancer.
Dr. Silvia P. González, Director of the Menopause Unit, Policlínico HM Gabinete Velázquez, Madrid

LIBICARE® has not been studied in patients already taking exogenous testosterone. However, a priori, it can be postulated that the product could help these patients as long as no adverse effects occur. The recommended dose of LIBICARE® is 2 tablets but LIBICARE® can be lowered at medical discretion.
Regarding your query, we inform you that there is no experience with LIBICARE® in people treated for hypothyroidism. It is best to consult your doctor.
LIBICARE® can be taken with meals, for example just before breakfast and after dinner.
There is no evidence that the ingredients in LIBICARE® affect blood pressure. However, as human biology is unpredictable at times, we advise you to consult your doctor in the event of any unexpected variation in your blood pressure or in case you are concerned with the product's potential effect on your blood pressure.
The product does not contain lactose, gluten, or added sugars.
There are no known contraindications of any of the ingredients of LIBICARE® for its use in patients with arterial hypertension.
There is no experience or data on the effect and safety of the use of LIBICARE® in lactating women. There is also no data on most of its ingredients when administered separately. This is the reason why it is not recommended for use in these women, i.e. due to lack of knowledge and not because it has been shown to produce side effects. However, the overall effect of all the ingredients together contained in LIBICARE® is unknown, so, again, we repeat the non-recommendation of taking the product during lactation.
LIBICARE® is most likely harmless, but the lack of experience with the product itself does not allow us (the manufacturer) to recommend it for patients with estrogen-dependent cancers.
LIBICARE® tablets: take 1 or 2 tablets per day. Visible effects from the second month according to the studies that have been carried out with the product. Precautions: do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. Food supplements should not be a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. It is recommended to follow a varied and balanced diet along with a healthy lifestyle.
"Some of LIBICARE®'s ingredients act on endogenous hormone levels (basically testosterone) and this requires a regulation time. For comparison, it is not like the immediate vasodilator effect of Viagra in men. Studies in which the effects of LIBICARE® ingredients have been evaluated usually do the first control at 2 months, not before. This is not against the fact that effects can begin to be detected earlier, as each woman has her individual characteristics. We (the manufacturer)can say in summary that the time of 2 months is to ensure as much as possible that effects are detected, although these may be noticed earlier depending on the individual characteristics of each woman. But this time cannot be known a priori. "
If LIBICARE® is well tolerated by the patient, the characteristics of the product (food supplement) allow it to be taken continuously at a dose of 1 or 2 tablets per day depending on medical criteria.
LIBICARE® should be taken daily for the time and at the dose (1 or 2 tablets) prescribed by your doctor. LIBICARE® acts differently from other more immediate stimulants (e.g. Viagra in men) and to be effective it must be taken consistently. Although every woman is different, in general, the effects begin to be evident between the 1st and 2nd month of treatment.
There are data on the effectiveness of LIBICARE® in pre- and postmenopausal women, so it can be taken at any age.
There is no contraindication for the use of LIBICARE® and oral contraceptives. In fact, it is one of the possibilities of use since there may be a decrease in libido with these drugs.
LIBICARE® can be taken while seeking pregnancy. However, it is not recommended for pregnant women due to a lack of data on the effect it may have, not because it has demonstrated harmful effects.
"None of the ingredients in LIBICARE® have been reported to cause weight gain. On the contrary, it has been observed that the continued intake of Trigonella reduces the consumption of fatty foods in obese people."
No specific adverse effects of the product have been detected. It does not contain lactose, gluten, or added sugars. However, it should not be taken by women with known allergies to any of its ingredients, and women taking chronic anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs should consult their doctor before taking it.
"So far, the increase in testosterone that can be produced by the consumption of LIBICARE® does not seem to be capable of causing the typical adverse effects that occur when exogenous testosterone is administered. The experience until now is that we have not received any reports of such effects in our post-marketing surveillance department. The data we have with LIBICARE® is that indeed on average, testosterone levels increase discretely (never equal to what an exogenous administration entails). It is also true that we have seen women in whom testosterone levels do not increase, even though they show an improvement in sexual desire, which leads us to think about other less known associated mechanisms."
"Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor in case of concomitant use with anticoagulants or in case of a history of breast cancer. Anticoagulants: There is no experience on possible interactions between the components of LIBICARE® and acenocoumarol (Sintrom). However, it is known that Trigonella contains some substances with a slight anticoagulant effect. In fact, it is said that it may increase the risk of bleeding in cardiovascular patients taking warfarin. In addition, it has been described that two of LIBICARE®'s ingredients, Ginkgo Biloba and Trigonella, may act on different subtypes of cytochrome P450 and potentially interact with different types of drugs, including clopidogrel, warfarin, and acenocoumarol. However, the medical literature also states that these effects/interactions are more theoretical than real and observable in routine clinical practice. In fact, no cases have been reported. Even so, we recommend consulting your doctor. History of brea0st cancer: Please see the above question on breast cancer."
The product is 100% non-hormonal and that its main ingredients are of natural origin. If you have any specific questions regarding any known intolerance or allergy, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
