Ovosicare® Fertilty

Ovosicare® Fertility contains natural ingredients for women who are trying to get pregnant.

If you have tried to get pregnant without success for more than a year, you might have factors that are reducing your chance of pregnancy. These include hormone regulation issues, excessive oxidative stress, MTHF enzyme dysfunction (which prevents conversion of folic acid to an active form called 5-MTHF), and/or PCOS.

Ovosicare® Fertility contains natural ingredients that have shown effect of:

• enhancing the chance of conception: Quatrefolic, a bioactive form of folic acid, and vitamin D3
• improving response to hormone signals, which, in return, contributes to gametogenesis (egg cell division) and risk of miscarriage (by reducing hyperhomocysteinemia): Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol at the dose of 3.6:1

NHS UK advises seeing your GP after a year of trying to get pregnant if you are 35 or under. Women aged 36 or over or who know they have fertility problems should think about seeing their doctor sooner. After having tests, some women may be offered certain medications or procedures to improve their fertility.

Ovosicare® is a food supplement that can be used alongside medical treatment.

The recommended daily dose is two capsules of Ovosicare® Fertility half an hour before going to bed.

Ovosicare® Fertility is an all-in-one supplement with a unique formula of inositols, antioxidants, folic acid, vitamins and minerals, all of which are necessary to prepare a woman’s body to support a new life.

Inositols are sugars made in the body and found in foods. They are important to fertility because they make your cells responsive to hormone signals. The two most commonly provided as supplements are Myo-inositol and D chiro-inositol.

Recent studies have shown that giving these inositols together at the precise dose of 3.6:1 is far more successful at supporting fertility than 40:1 ratio that women used to be given.

Ovosicare® Fertility is the only supplement to use this scientifically-proven formula. In a clinical study of women with PCOS, Ovosicare’s inositols ratio of 3.6:1 was proven to triple the pregnancy rate and quadruple the number of live births compared to the 40:1 ratio*. • Pomanox®, an extract of fresh pomegranate, which is a compound of polyphenols and vitamin C and has a powerful antioxidative effect. Ovosicare® is the only fertility supplement containing Pomanox®. In addition, Ovosicare® contains Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant.
• Quatrefolic: an active form of folic acid. Folic acid is critical for eggs to implant and to prevent miscarriage and has to be converted into an active form known as 5-MTHF in the body. However, more than a third of women in Europe cannot process folic acid into the active form, and therefore folic acid supplements don’t work for them. Quatrefolic, which already comes in the active form (5-MTHF) avoids this problem.
• Vitamin D3: supports embryo implantation, improves the chances of pregnancy and live birth, and reduces pregnancy loss.
• Other vitamins and minerals that support a healthy pregnancy: selenium, zinc, iodine, Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12.

The unique inositols formula (Myo-inositol: D-chiro-inositol; 3.6:1) has proven to triple the pregnancy rate and quadruple the number of live births among women with PCOS, compared to the standard ratio of 40:1 in a study of women with PCOS. Ovosicare® Fertility is based on this formula.

Further clinical studies are being conducted to test the effect of Ovosicare® among women who do not have PCOS.
