Returns and Refunds

We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with any item purchased through our website, then please send us an email to info@livbio.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. If you’re dissatisfied with our proposed resolution for any reason, you can raise a complaint with the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution website.

You have the statutory right to cancel your order, but no later than 14 working days after the day after you receive the product. Please be aware that orders are processed on the same day, as soon as payment is made. You also have the statutory right to withdraw from the order at any time after it has been despatched, but no later than 7 working days after the day you receive the product.
